Be like Ben Cosgrove. He definitely rose to the occasion during a recent performance in Montreal at Cagibi on the evening of April 1st, 2012. This new song, as yet untitled, is reminiscent of a late night carnival after the patrons leave but just before the rides shut down. Candy rappers flit around in little dust devils, the rides sit static with their lights still on. This melancholy, sweet, carnivalesque melody, if only for a few minutes, wafts in over the midway loudspeakers before they go mute.
